Enginetech ECR109 Connecting Rod Jeep/Dodge 3.7L PRESS FIT. The performance of new aluminum-silicone alloys is now equal to or better than the original tri-metal designs. The additions of high amounts of silicon dispersed within aluminum alloys have moved aluminum-silicone bearing material to the preferred bearing status.

These are all remanufactured rods sold on an outlet basis, no core return required. Enginetech has an excellent supply of cores and sends them off to a manufacturer located in the central United States. They take these rods and manufacture them to their specifications, pushes the small end if required, replaces the rod bolts if that’s necessary, and returns them to Enginetech to be sold. Very competitively priced and a nice little problem solver for the engine builder.
