We normally have one or two sets of both the ARP8740 and ARP2000 in stock ready to ship but at times there may be a 1-2 week turn time. Contact us if you have any questions on availability.
Our Scat Rods will hold tighter tolerances than +/- .002" per rod width and balance. They will come certified with a balance sheet of BEFORE & AFTER to show there weight.
These are NEW SCAT RODS measure 6.125 in length while the standard 4.7L rods are measure 6.123 long (+ .002) so please contact your engine builder or local machine shop to make sure these will work with your current deck height. This should not make much of a difference but it can increase your CR a hair.
NOT INTENDED FOR USE WITH STOCK PISTONS! These rods require pistons with a .927 FREE FLOATING wrist pin. Contact us if you have any questions we can suggest a quality Forged Piston to go with these Rods.
Use standard 4.7L TABLESS bearings with these Rods. These are the best H-Beam Rod available ready for high performance 4.7L engines.
These Rods are intended to be used with our Ross Piston sets as a combo. The part number in NOT an actual SCAT Part number and has been changed to reflect resizing. 287-6125-2007.

These kits are intended to be BALANCED at your local machine shop, no reason to dump a ton of money into your engine only to skip balancing... this should be done on all built engines. We will do our best to send you a balance assembly but its up to the customer to verify and balance with the crankshaft used in the build up.
