These are special order hoods. These hoods are NOT available to ship internationally!
DELIVERY TIME: The average delivery time is 1 to 8 weeks, depending on the item and season. Occasionally certain parts will be in greater demand, so with this in mind may we suggest that if you are in a hurry, order far enough in advance to accommodate your time frame.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: We ship via the most economical and efficient carriers. All items ship Truck Freight. Please note that all freight companies charge an additional fee to deliver to a residence. To avoid these charges you may elect to provide us with a business address we can ship your order to.
If no one is at the designated shipping location at the time of delivery - be aware the freight company may charge an additional fee for redelivery.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Any customer refusing a shipment will be liable for the freight charges in both directions. Refusals due to damage must be noted on the freight bill & signed by both the customer and driver of the freight company. Please notify us immediately if you have refused an item due to damage so we can promptly get a replacement item shipped to you.
DAMAGED FREIGHT: Please inspect the item closely BEFORE the driver leaves and make sure there is no damage. Otherwise, the damage will be on you instead of the shipper.
All merchandise is inspected prior to leaving. It is the carrier's responsibility to deliver the merchandise in the same condition it was pick up in. Although damage seldom occurs, should this happen, YOU MUST WRITE "DAMAGED" ON THE DELIVERY TICKET. If the damage is severe you can refuse the shipment due to damage. If you do refuse a shipment due to damage you need to contact us immediately and report the extent of the damage for us to reship or refund your money. However, if the product is only mildly damaged (chipped, scratched, bumped) contact the carrier's claim department - get a claims form - file for repairs.
DAMAGED OR ALTERED PARTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE once the shipment has been signed for and accepted. (No exceptions!)
CANCELLATIONS: Most orders can be canceled at any time up to the shipping date, which may be the same day, for a full refund. Any order canceled after an item has shipped will be subject to all freight charges incurred to return the part back to us.
Note: When you cancel an order you will be given a confirmation number to verify your cancellation. Write this number down immediately! If an order arrives at your location that you claim to have cancelled and you have no verification of your cancellation, you will be responsible for any and all freight charges and a 30% restocking charge.
Please Note: These are our policies and the original charge amount can not be charged back to your credit card or disputed with your issuing bank, without the cancellation number. This would be considered credit card fraud and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
RETURNS: Steel hood return policy is 15 days from the time of receipt of the product. Freight & packaging charges are non-refundable. Please contact us for a return authorization number - which must appear on the outside of the box being returned. All shipments approved for return must be freight prepaid and are special order and a 30% restocking fee.
(Any Shipment being returned collect will be refused.)
All return shipments must have a copy of the original invoice attached. All parts being returned must be unused and in original condition (not sanded/primed/drilled or painted etc...) and in the original shipping container or a comparable likeness. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the product and our receiving department verifies no damage. Refunds will be issued within 72 hours of approval from the receiving department.
FREIGHT CHARGES & CRATING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. All freight charges will be paid by the customer, No exceptions!
